2 Chronicles 4:3
Below the rim, figures of bulls encircled it—ten to a cubit. The bulls were cast in two rows in one piece with the Sea.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Fri, Oct. 15, BULL (II Chron. 4:3). Bull is an amazing creature. The Israelites were symbolized with bulls. Why?
1. Bull was strong.
It was very strong. It could work all day long. It could pull heavy load. Although, the feet were hurt, they could still walk and work.

2. Bull was simple.
It only ate vegetables. No fancy vegetables. Just simple grass. No meat. No fancy stables. No fancy treatments. Much easier to be taken care of than other animals, like dogs, cats, horses. Needed to bathed, combed, fed, taken care of well.

3. Bull was steadfast.
It was faithful. No complains. Working at the same place, same time, same span of working hours, same food, same owners, same methods, same hits. It kept working and working. What an amazing creature. May we have the character like bulls. ASH.
