Exodus 35:29
All the Israelite men and women who were willing brought to the Lord freewill offerings for all the work the Lord through Moses had commanded them to do.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sat, Jan. 2, FREE WILL (Ex. 35:29). Since long time ago, the good habit had been started. People come to God didn’t come carelessly.
1. Free will coming.
They had to come personally. They couldn’t be represented. They had to come by themselves. They had to do the worship by themselves.
2. Free will offering.
They didn’t come with empty handed. They had to give their offering to God. They didn’t give it to 1 person.
3. Free will worshipping.
They had to feel happy in worshipping. When they sang, prayed, reading the word of God, everything, they had to feel happy. Worship is not a burden. It is a happiness. It is a blessing. So, the result can be seen on the face of the worshippers instantly and on the consitency of the coming again on the next time. ASH.
