Psalms 129:3
The plowers plowed upon my back; They made long their furrows.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Wed, June 8, FURROWS (Ps. 129:3). Have you ever seen the furrows on the fields? The farmer made furrows to plant their plants. Can you imagined the tools to make the furrows? It is made from long steel nail like. Very sharp and scary. If we see the horror movies, we can see the nails of Freddy are like furrows. But David didn’t talk about the furrows on the fields or in the movies, but on his very own back. He got furrows from his enemies. How are the furrows?
1. Long.
Furrows are made as long as possible. As long as the field. From side to side. The longer the better. The longer, they could plant more seeds. The more seeds, the more results. The more results, the better their conditions are.

2. Deep.
Furrows have to be deep. The nails are so long, to make deep holes. As deep as possible. They are made like that in order to receive the seeds deeply. So that they can grow better.

3. Opened.
The furrows are left opened. They are not quickly and directly be closed. Because they need to be fertilizedz watered, etc. Then, they would be closed and covered by sand. Those are the wounds, the hurts and the burdens of David. Very heavy right? So, no strange if we experience steuggles today. Be strong. Be happy. ASH.
