Job 14:15
You will call and I will answer you; you will long for the creature your hands have made.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sun, Jan 2, HEAR (Job 14:15). It is really amazing that our hearing lasts forever. It lasts longer than the other thing. Even, when we die, our hearing are still active.
1. Longer than the time.
The time would stop. When the earth vanishes, no more time exists. No more limit. Soul will exists forever. No more counting, ticking, beating.
2. Longer than the earth.
When all the other things on earth vanish, hearing is still active. It is still good to hear the calling of God. When the mountain, ocean, sky and etc, vanish, our hearing are still good to hear.
3. Longer than the eyes.
It is still exists, more than the other physical organs of man. Eyes, teeth, bones, etc would be gone. But our hearing are still good to hear. Therefore, hearing is more prioritized than seeing. No wonder, God says better those who believing than seeing. ASH.
