Psalms 13:5
But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sat, Feb. 12, UNFAILING (Ps. 13:5). God is known not only by his power, but also by his consistency, persistency and faithfulness. God is stable, constant and durable. He is not changing. He never changes.
1. Constant love.
He loves us with an ever new love. His love is not getting bigger or lesser. He loves us with an eternal love. He loves us unconditionally. His love is never reduced by anything.
2. Constant ways.
He loves us with exactly the same ways as he is. He has his own ways to express his love. He has no other ways to show his love to us. Meaning, we can not make him do things he doesn’t want to make us happy, to make us satisfy.
3. Constant people.
He loves us constantly. He never takes away his love from the people whom he loves. He never moves his love from this person into that person. He loves with a constant love by constant ways to constant people. Believe it. ASH.
