Psalms 67:4
May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Thu, Apr. 7, EQUITY (Ps. 67:4). We long for equality. We long for to be treated equally. We want the same balance is used for everybody. The answer is already real in our life. Actually God has treated all of us equally.
1. Equal in tests.
Everyone is tested. No one is not tested. No one lives without troubles in his life. Everyone has his own troubles. The troubles may not be the same, but they are all the same, tests. They are given to everybody. No exception. The look might be different, but the weight are all the same.
2. Equal targets.
The tests are given with the same target, holiness, growth, etc. They are given to make us better. We are not living on earth without purpose. We have to achieve God’s goals. God wants to use us. So, we need to strive in our own journeys.
3. Equal in help.
God never leaves us. He gives us strength needed to pass all the tests. God is not picky. He knows our limited strength. He is always ready beside us to hold us, if we fall. He wants us to get through all the troubles in our life in good condition, in 1 piece, in victory. David was tested heavily. We are the same. So, be strong in him. ASH.
