Deuteronomy 25:16
For the Lord your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, Apr. 5, DISHONEST (Deut. 25:16). Dishonesty is real. Everything which is not honest is dishonest. There is no small or big dishonest. There is no little or large dishonest. There are only 2 choices, honest or dishonest. Many reasons for the people to be dishonest. But let’s remember the consequence:
a. Family member is his enemy.
His wife, children and kins would be his enemy. They would not entrusted things to him. If they entrusted something, only the little things.
b. People is his enemy.
We can’t stay long in 1 place. Why? Because dishonesty would be known in time. When it is known, people will excommunicate us. People don’t like those whom are dishonest.
c. God is his enemy.
People would hate us on earth. But God would hate us eternally. God doesn’t like the liars. So let’s be honest all the time. ASH.
