Psalms 71:2
In your righteousness, rescue me and deliver me; turn your ear to me and save me.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, Apr. 11, EAR (Ps. 71:2). God listens. Yes. He always gives ears to us. Even, if we don’t ask him to give ears, he has given his ears to us. He gives his ears, not because we ask him. It is because of himself. It is because of his love. He never stops giving his ears, although all he hears from us are:
1. Complains.
We complain too many to him. We just never happy and satisfied with whatever he gives to us. He has given us the best, but we still want the better. We just refuse whatever he wants us to receive.

2. Accusations.
We accuse him as not omniscience, all powerful, keeping his promises, close to us, equal, just, etc. We say that he has ignored us. God is patient listening to all of those eery accusations.

3. Petitions.
We just throw many petitions to him. We ask this and that. We just don’t know whether the thing that we ask is needed, beneficial, good, safe or not. We just open our mouth and ask more from God. Those are not good. We have to give thanks more. ASH.
