Psalms 38:22
Come quickly to help me, my Lord and my Savior.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Wed, Mar. 9, QUICKLY (Ps. 38:22). God can do everything quickly, quicker than we can think. But, he also can do it very slow, slower than we want. God’s way is unpredictable. He works in his way and will. We can not control. Nothing and nobody can control him. He works in his time.
1. Time was created by him.
God created time. He started the time. He was the one who pressed the start button to start ticking. He put everything else in time. He made everything else to be limited and powerless in time.
2. Time is in his control.
He is above time. He is not controlled by time. He is not limited by time. He is beyond time. On the other hand, God controls time absolutely. It can not operate without his consent.
3. Time is a toy before him.
He can make the time stop, disappear, move forward and backward. It is like a game, a toy for God. God uses it for the good of his people. ASH.
