Psalms 128:4
Yes, this will be the blessing for the man who fears the LORD.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Tue, June 7, BLESSINGS (Ps. 128:4). There are many kinds of blessings. Blessings are not only 1. They are many. Many in numbers. Many in variations. Many in repetitions. So, they are not mere materials. Not always money. What are the blessings of a husband?
1. Good wife.
Firstly and most importantly, the blessing of a man whom fear The Lord is a good wife. 1 good wife. She is not perfect, but good. He would be blessed and satisfied with his wife. His wife would make him the happiest man on earth. He would thank God for giving him such a nice and kind partner in life. She would accompany him to the end of his life.
2. Good children.
He would see his children’s life. He would witness the successes and achievements of his children. He would be amazed how God makes his children great people. He would be very proud to tell the story of his children to everybody.
3. Good grandchildren.
The promise of God at least as far as the third generations. A man whom fears The Lord would see and enjoy the goodness of his grandchildren. Many times, the grandchildren don’t know, don’t care and don’t love their grandparents. But, the story is different with the story of a man whom fear The Lord. The story would be as it is said in The Bible. So, always fear The Lord. The blessings and prosperity would come and fill your life. ASH.
