The mountains were covered with its shade, the mighty cedars with its branches.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Wed, Apr. 20, CEDAR (Ps. 80:10). God is an awesome creator. We are amazed by his creative creation. Each and every creation has its own uniqueness and strength. We can never end be amazed by his engineered and sophisticated creation. One of them is the cedar
1. The size.
The height of the tree, the length of its branches, the width of its body, the number of its shoots, the thickness of its leaves, etc. Everything is amazing.
2. The shade.
The benefit that it can bring is awesome. The shade, the temperature and the coverage for the using of its log. If the log is used, it can bring good result. No wonder, the people like to use it for building.
3. The survival.
It can grow so big in the same climate and challenge as the other trees. It is not excepted or excluded from the same situation just as the other trees. Perhaps, it got the heavier challenge, because of its width and height. Not to be counted the problems resulted from the animals and diseases. But, it can stand toward all the winds and waters. We should be like it. Despite all the challenge and difficulties in our life, we can keep growing and developing. ASH.
