Psalms 57:8
Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, Mar. 28, DAWN (Ps. 57:8). Everybody can sing. Singing is not belong to certain people. All nations can sing. We can easily see people singing. There are many songs in every countries, etc. Songs have been composed in many languages. David sang too. But what was amazing was that:
1. He sang in the dawn.
He sang in the quiet hour in the morning. A king woke up in the dawn? Really amazing. He didn’t wake up in the noon time. He woke up and prepared a good time, before he did anything else. He waited and watered his soul with God.

2. He sang amidst the problems.
He sang not while everything was ok. He didn’t sing while he saw beautiful sights. He had many troubles. He was on heavy laden. He sang although his problems stayed. He still had to face his troubles. His troubles were nit suddenly disappear.

3. He sang among the people.
He didn’t only watch other people singing. He joined them in singing. He encouraged and inspired the people to sing together with him. Not the volume. Not the harmony. Not the beauty of the voice. Those were secondary. He just sang together. ASH.
