Psalms 70:5
But as for me, I am poor and needy; come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; LORD, do not delay.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sun, Apr. 10, DELAY (Ps. 70:5). Human has time to know and to do things. God has his time too. God’s time is not always the same as human’s time. God has his own watches.
1. Made in heaven.
He has a watches, made by himself, kept in heaven. His wacthes never broken. Nobody needed to repair his watches. Even, if his watches really broken, nobody has enough skill to repair.
2. Ticked on time.
He doesn’t need many watches, clocks and alarms to remind him. He is not like humans whom are very forgetful. He never late. He always on time. He doesn’t need any outside help to chase him.
3. Served his purpose.
His watches was not made to accomodate human’s will. His watches was made to serve his will. It was perfectly suited his will. We can not accelerate or disaccelerate his time. All is set perfectly and eternally. We just follow and obey. ASH.
