2 Kings 3:17
For this is what the Lord says: You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water, and you, your cattle and your other animals will drink.
2 Kings 3:18
This is an easy thing in the eyes of the Lord; he will also deliver Moab into your hands.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sat, Aug. 21, EASY (II Kg. 3:17-18). God is omnipotent. What is too hard for him to do? What is impossible for him? What limit him to do things? We can see here, how he made miracles so easy.
1. Miracles of nature.
God made a very wide area, a valley, filled with water. Not from wind or rain. Not from human hands. Not only small areas. Not poisonous. Not dirty. The water must be clean enough, so that the human and animals could drink from that water.
2. Miracles of victories.
God gave victories to the 3 kings, Judah, Israel, Edom over Moab. Actually, without God’s help, they were almost lost. But, with God’s help, they could win thoroughly. They could defeat the soldiers, but destroy the city completely.
3. The miracles of prophecies.
Many men predict the future. But only God can know the future before it happens for sure. God said to Elijah and it happened exactly like that. Yes, there is no limit for God. Before and now. In the old days or today. So, we ask you Lord to always be with and guard us. ASH.
