Job 32:6 So Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite said: “I am young in years, and you are old; that is why I was fearful, not daring to tell you what I know.
Job 32:12 I gave you my full attention. But not one of you has proved Job wrong; none of you has answered his arguments.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Thu, Jan. 20, ELIHU (Job 33:6, 12). Elihu was the friend of Job. He was the youngest among them all. He had been patient so far. He had heard whatever the conversation among them. He had been silent. He thought, they could comfort Job successfully. But, none of them successful. So, he too spoke to Job.
1. Dared to speak to the older people.
He spoke to the older people, as if he was the wisest among them all. As if, he was more able than all of them. As if he could give better advice to them all, especially to Job.

2. Dared to speak to the righteous people.
He thought he had no sins. He thought his advice was perfect and he himself could and had done them himself. He thought Job was guilty. He thought his words would disclose the veil.

3. Dared to speak to the silent people.
All of them didn’t ask him to speak. No one among them asked him to speak to help them speaking and confronting Job. But he just couldn’t stop himself. He just couldn’t be silent. It showed his immature, impolite and imbecile. ASH.
