Exodus 23:2
“Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, Dec. 21, FOLLOW (Ex. 23:2). Following makes people become follower. Many times people intentionally or unintentionally become the follower. Actually, God wants us to be the leader, trend setter and example for the people. Well, not in everything, because nobody is perfect. But, at least, we can be a good example in:
a. Speaking the truth.
Let our mouth always telling the truth. How easy it is for us to lie. The situation forces us to lie. The pride also takes part in the reasons for us to lie.
b. Setting the time.
We don’t only work and work. We have to have time for worshipping God.
c. Sharing the texts.
We can share what we get from the reading of the texts. Don’t only share mundane informations. We have to be ready for sharing the rhema that we get from.our devotion. ASH.
