Psalms 92:4
For you make me glad by your deeds, LORD; I sing for joy at what your hands have done.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, May 2, GLAD (Ps. 92:4). We need gladness present in our life. I believe, we all like gladness. We can see the proves by the so many TV programs presenting jokes, pranks and funny programs. That’s exactly the descriptions how our society longs for gladness.
1. Glad from vacations.
We can have gladness when we go out of the house, of the city, looking at beautiful views, out of the countries. We were excited before we go there. We prepared the whole baggages. We couldn’t sleep well.

2. Glad from food.
We can have gladness, when we eat and drink tasty food at beautiful places, exotic locations, memorable restaurants, famous chefs, nice music, etc. We took pictures and we put that in our memories.

3. Glad from God.
David didn’t have difficulties to get all of those potential sources of gladness. He could easily pay dancers, musicians, buy all of exotic food beverages, etc. But he consciously said that the source of his gladness was only 1, God. God brought real gladness to him. He was never disappointed with the gladness of God. He was satiafied with the gladness of God. ASH.
