2 Chronicles 30:22
Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites, who showed good understanding of the service of the Lord. For the seven days they ate their assigned portion and offered fellowship offerings and praised the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Wed, Nov. 10, GOOD UNDERSTANDING (II Chron. 30:22). Hezekiah was the king of Israel. As the king of course he was busy taking care of the government business. The politics, the businesses, the welfare of the people and so many more things that he had to take care. But, what a surprise to know, that Hezekiah also had a good understanding of the scripture.
1. He spoke in front of the Levites.
He didn’t speak in front of the laymen or unintelligent people. He spoke in front of the people with good knowledge. No hesitation. No mistake.

2. He spoke spiritfully.
He spoke not only with his authority as king, but also with his heart spiritfully. He spoke to all The Levites energetically. He enjoyed speaking in public. He liked to speak about things, especially about the scripture.

3. He spoke with impact.
All The Levites whom heard what he said, were encouraged greatly. They could be influenced to be more spiritful. The sharing was so great, so that all The Levites were also greatly influenced. May, The Lord uses us to be able to deliver his message through our life and speech. ASH.
