Psalms 79:8
Remember not against us the iniquities of our forefathers: Let thy tender mercies speedily meet us; For we are brought very low.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Tue, Apr. 19, INIQUITIES (Ps. 79:8). It is not a new news that men are sinners. Not surprising if men are debtors. But today, we are not going to meditate about sins. We are going to meditate on the connection between sin and men.
1. Men have to realize his own sins.
Men themselves have to realize their own sins. Of course, parents, friends or pastors would help us to understand our mistakes and sins. But, the realization comes from our own. We have to understand or know what our sins are.

2. Men have to recognize our own sins.
We have to confess the sins one by one. We have to say it to God, where we have fallen. We need to ask God to help us in where we are weak.

3. Men have to be responsible on their own sins.
Men aren’t responsible on the sins of other people. Even, not of the sins of their fathers, forefathers, families, relatives. Men have to be responsible on their own sins. They are enough. Even, when they are responsible on their own sins, they can’t overcome. How men solve their own sins? How men clean their own sins? How men pay their own sins? Are there ways to make men clean and holy outside the blood of Jesus? Thus, we don’t ask forgiveness for other people. We ask forgiveness on our own sins. Have you? ASH.
