Psalms 137:7
Remember, LORD, what the Edomites did on the day Jerusalem fell. “Tear it down,” they cried, “tear it down to its foundations!”

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Thu, June 16, JERUSALEM (Ps. 137:7). Jerusalem must be a very big city. It must be important. It must be famous. Why? Because, it is the capital city. Becausw it was chosen by God. Because it is the origin of 3 big religion in the world. Etc. But no matter how big, important, how famous, etc. It means nothing for God.
1. God can make it big.
It is God whom make a city big. It was because God whom chose and made the city like that. If not, it can not be that big. It may be big in size, but different big as Jerusalem in importance.

2. God can destroy it.
Although Jerusalem is big and important, but in the eyes of God, it meana nothing. God can destroy it by his own hands, using other nations to destroy it or if needed, God can allow natural.disasters to destroy it. Nothing to lose. No regret.

3. God can rebuild it again.
God can make the new Jerusalem much better than the old one. In fact, God had made the new one for all his children. He has prepared it since long time ago, even before the physical Jerusalem and the world had created. God had prepared the perfect one, where no one can copy, destroy, imitate and regret once he enter into it. ASH.
