Psalms 120:5
Woe to me that I dwell in Meshek, that I live among the tents of Kedar!

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Mon, May 30, KEDAR (Ps. 120:5). So far, we don’t know much about Kedar. Who is Kedar? Is it true that Kedar was the descendant of Ishamel? Is it true that they were the forefather of Moslem? Where did they live? So many questions anf assumptions about them. But what we know is their characters. What were their characters:
1. Lying.
They had no truth and didn’t like the truth. If they liked the truth, they would no be liars. Everything they spoke were lies. No wonder. No surprise. Until today, their considered descendants were like that.

2. Disrespect.
They had no respect to the old people, especially to their forefathers, like David. David was an old person. He had been so meritous to the people. But The Kedar didn’t respect them. They treated David badly. They just didn’t respect anybody.

3. Hate peace.
They didn’t like to make a treaty of peace with anybody. Even, with their own kins. No real brothers and sisters. If you made problems with them, they would kill you. They would hurt you. So, don’t be like them. ASH.
