Psalms 5:3
In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Fri, Feb. 4, MORNING (Ps. 5:3). David is so similar with Jeremiah at this point. David was a king. He had all the things that he had to do. But he prayed.
1. Same hobby.
Jeremiah prayed, David also prayed. He must be very busy as a king. He must have many things to do in his kingdom. But, he didn’t forget prayer. He didn’t ask somebody to pray or to pray for him. He himself prayed.

2. Same habbit.
They didn’t only pray, but they prayed in the morning. They liked to pray first, before they did their duties and activities. They set their time up to always prioritize prayer in their life. If we see later, Jesus also prayed in the morning and in all his life.

3. Same hope.
They believed that God’s blessing always come every morning. Never forgotten. Never absent. Never skipped. Let’s pray also every morning. ASH.
