Exodus 1:12
But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sun, Nov. 29, MULTIPLY (Ex. 1:12). Magic happens when a Christian is oppressed. It won’t make them become lesser or weaker. On the other hand, it will make them become stronger, more numerous and more united. That was happened on The Israelites. They were oppressed harshly by The Egypt. The oppression:
a. Hard working.
They were pressed to work hard. Slavemasters were put to oppress them.
b. Hard living.
The threat over their lives were real. They could be killed anytime.
c. Hard delivering.
Midwives were commanded to kill all the baby boys. But, they did not do what they supposed to do, because God worked in their heart. So, don’t worry about oppression, difficulties and troubles. We have a great God to strengthen and help us pass through all of those problems. ASH.
