Psalms 81:2
Begin the music, strike the timbrel, play the melodious harp and lyre.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Thu, Apr. 21, MUSIC (Ps. 81:2). God likes to listen to music. He likes beautiful harmony, symphony. He created them to emjoy them. He wants to hear again and again never boring. He encourages the people to.play, sing and worship him in the days of worship and festivals.
1. All kinds of music instruments.
He likes to see people play with all kinds of music instruments, made of woods, animal skins or horns. From the simplest to the most complicated ones. From the simple home made or skillful handcrafts. God likes us to play them and used them to sing.
2. All kinds of music voices.
God likes to listen to all kinds of voices. From the softest to the loudest. From the voice could be heard till the inaudible voices. As long as voices, God likes to hear them. If the voices could be combined, they would be better.
3. All kinds of music players.
God likes to see many people play music instruments. The more people, the better. From the beginners to the most skillful players. God appreciates everybody who plays music for God. He gave them talents and abilities. He likes to enjoy the people to.use the talents. ASH
