Exodus 34:29
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord.
Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Fri, Jan. 1, RADIANT (Ex. 34:29). This is what suppose to happen for everybody whom has met with God. Meeting with God is not in vain. It certainly has a great impact on everybody whom come to him. Especially after meeting him many times, even, had dwelled in the presence of God so long. The impact:
a. The face.
The face shines. Optimistic. Bright. Spiritful. Happy. Joyful.
b. The heart.
Humble. Loving. Care. Leave all the dirt in the heart. All pride, hatred and arrogance.
c. The life.
Moses didn’t only have a radiant face, but an obedient life. He obeyed what The Lord had told him. This is the most important impact for everybody whom has met with God. Let’s face and fill the new year with radiant face, loving heart and obedient life. ASH.
