Psalms 77:11
I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sun, Apr. 17, REMEMBER (Ps. 77:11). People are forgetful. We confess, we forget many things. We easily forget. Even, the important things, histories, events. Especially, the meaningful events, we still forget. David was forgetful too. He was not different from us. What did David do to remember?
1. Write them.
He wrote them by his own hands. If he asked other people to write, then, he would forget. So, David was not illiterate. He could write. He wrote on many writing materials.

2. Sing them.
David made many songs. He didn’t worry about the beauty of his voice, the quality of his songs, the harmony, the symphony, the rhyme, etc. He didn’t make them for concert. He made them for himself. The people followed him. They made them remember.

3. Draw them.
Today, we have pictures, cameras, photos. At the time of David, he drew the things. He made pictures, paintings, drawings and colorful pictures to help him remember. What do we do to remember good things about God? ASH.
