Psalms 130:6
I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.

Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Thu, June 9, WAIT (Ps. 130:6). There are people whom working as the watchmen. They love or perhaps are forced to work in different times than the regular workmen. They usually work at night. Usually they are needed the most in the time when other people are sleeping.
1. Wake up.
They have to wake up all night. They have to focus and concentrate fully. Especially, if they are working alone. Many accidents or crimes happen, if the watchmen are sleeping or out of focus. If they are not in the place, go somewhere, eating, watching TV, etc.

2. Weak.
They have to be alert when other people are sleepy. They have to be sober, while other people are ready to go to bed. No bedroom for them. No leisure time for them. No time wasted for them. Other people are in the weak condition, while they have to be in the climax condition.

3. Weary.
They shouldn’t be tired at the time they work. They have to be fresh. They have to be strong. They have to be able to do things needed to anticipate or minimalize things to happen. No sluggard. No slumbar. No slow motion. So be alert and be strong. ASH.
