Shalom sdr, my devotion today, Sun, Oct. 10, WELL PREPARED (I Chron. 28:11, 13, 14). David really well prepared in preparing the building of the temple. He didn’t want to be half hearted. He wanted to be full and perfect.
1. Prepare the materials.
The kind of materials for the temple were determined specifically anf seriously. Which one was made of stone, wood, gold, silver or bronze. How much materials would they need? What was the quality?
2. Prepare the plans.
The plans, the shapes, the placements, the colors, the sizes, everything. We call it today, the blue print.
3. Prepare the weight.
The weight of the dishes, articles, equipments and all the things which were inside if the temple were prepared closely. He gave the best. He wanted to be perfect. He offered them all as his offering to God. What about us? ASH.
